YANG in Halifax approached us to build pre-opening brand awareness and generate excitement across the region for their new Thai restaurant, offering hand-rolled dim sum, authentic Thai curries, and grilled seafood and meat dishes.

Built pre-opening buzz without using any food content — relied solely on storytelling, branding, and local engagement to generate strong awareness.
We focused on authenticity from the very beginning. Rather than relying on generic marketing, we let the owner tell their story — sharing their roots, connection to Bangkok, and experience in Thai cuisine. This personal touch helped future customers connect emotionally with the brand before the doors even opened.
To build excitement and atmosphere, we combined local drone footage with real clips from Thailand, capturing the energy and culture that inspired the restaurant. This approach helped set the tone for what would be a truly authentic dining experience.
